How we work

Our Process

Effective waterproofing in Sydney homes and commercial projects starts with correct preparation and system selection. We assess substrates, penetrations and drainage requirements before applying compliant membrane systems in accordance with AS 3740, AS 4654 and manufacturer specifications.

  • Substrate inspection and preparation

  • Crack and joint detailing

  • Correct membrane system selection

  • Manufacturer-specified application

  • Flood testing where required

  • Coordination with builders and trades

1. Waterproof

Substrates are inspected, detailed and primed where required. Membrane systems are applied to the specified thickness and coverage, including junctions, penetrations and movement joints.

2. Tile

Once waterproofing has cured and any testing is complete, tiles are installed with precise set-out, accurate alignment and consistent spacing. We ensure the correct adhesive selection and application methods are used, suited to the tile type and environment.

Final detailing includes clean finishes, accurate grouting and coordination with other trades to ensure fixtures and fittings align correctly. The result is a durable, compliant installation ready for long-term performance.
